Maybe I'm being pessimistic, but no one's going to give all this info away out of the goodness of their heart. Hard work is a big part of it, and that costs. Regarding, BZ, though - it's definitely a great way to get traffic to your site. I've had more comments and posts submitted to StumbleUpon from BloggingZoom than my other sites.
