Create your own Cool suspended page
There are a lot of hosting companies that suspend people on a dime, anything from paying a bill late to using to many system resources will get the suspended page slapped on your website. Its ugly and embarrassing especially when you have a forum or you are a reseller of hosting yourself. Here is a few cool hosting tips that you should use before you get knee deep with your sites design.
Many times, not always you will find a suspended directory within your files where you would put your website content. Most people don’t bother looking at it or have no idea why its there, but you should.
So first of all make a page in Dreamweaver or Frontpage or wherever else you make them and customize it. You could put something like, “This site is currently down for maintenance”, or you could make a page that redirects somewhere else.
The whole point is that if you are a reseller host or you don’t want your visitors to see a shameful suspension page then go in and manually replace it with your own.
