It seems like the only people that want to exchange links are looking to scam someone else. Here is what they say, "I have this great PR3 site you can have a link on and you can link to this measly little PR1 site. You are gonna win big time." Then you research the site and it is flat or just a huge link farm with no content and many times no link to the page from the home page. Thanks, but not for me.
